“The Price is Right®” Play at Home Game audience participation program allows users to enter the Sweepstakes. See rules for details here. If there is an inconsistency between the Customer Care FAQs and the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall govern.

1. How and when can I enter “The Price is Right®” Play at Home Game Sweepstakes?

“The Price is Right®” Play at Home Game Sweepstakes begins on September 19, 2011 and ends September 8, 2012 (the Promotion Period). The Promotion Period consists of twelve (12) monthly giveaways of airfare and accommodation for two to a location determined solely by the Sponsor(“Prize”).  Specific location will be revealed on each date of entry when calling to enter. Multiple vacation destinations will be promoted during each Entry Period. One winner will be awarded the Prize each Monthly Entry Period for location marketed on date of entry. Each Sweepstakes entry period begins at 8:00am ET each weekday and ends at 7:59am ET the following day. During the Promotion Period, watch “The Price is Right®” or visit www.cbs.com to find the valid toll-free phone number through which you can enter the Sweepstakes.

To enter, call the valid toll-free phone number: 1-855-50-PRICE or 1-855-507-7423 from a touch-tone telephone. You can call from a landline or a mobile phone; please note that standard charges levied by mobile phone carriers may apply for users calling from a mobile phone. Limit one (1) entry per telephone number and per person per day. By participating in “The Price is Right®” Play at Home Game Sweepstakes, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with the Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions and be bound by the Official Rules.

2. Who can enter?

The Sweepstakes is open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age (or age of majority, whichever is older in their state of residence) or older as of the date of entry.  Void where prohibited.  Employees of Pollcast, Inc. (“Sponsor”), CBS Interactive, Inc. (“CBS”) and FremantleMedia North America, Inc. (“Fremantle”), The Price is Right Productions, Inc., participating stations, stations airing “The Price is Right®”, cable operators, multiple service providers, their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in production, development, implementation or handling of the Sweepstakes, and any agents acting for the above providers, prize suppliers, or any other person or entity associated with Sweepstakes or “The Price is Right®” series (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether related or not are ineligible to enter Sweepstakes.

3. What are the special offers at the end of the call?

There are a multitude of offers, from various third party companies, that follow your participation in “The Price is Right®” Play at Home Game audience participation program. These have been specifically selected for The Price is Right Play at Home Game participants. If you stay on the phone line after answering the day’s question and follow the instructions, you will receive more information about these special third party offers. Please note that Pollcast, CBS, Fremantle, The Price Is Right®, its producers, broadcasters and affiliated entities, are not responsible for the terms of such offers, and some restrictions may apply. You do not need to listen or accept these third party offers to be eligible to enter.

4. Do I have to listen to the options at the end of the call to win the sweepstakes?

No. You do not have to listen to the special third party offers or make a purchase at the end of “The Price is Right®” Play at Home Game program in order to be entered into the Sweepstakes. The offers have been selected specifically for “The Price is Right®” Play at Home Game participants, but they are completely optional. The offers are in no way connected to the Sweepstakes, and you could still win even if you don’t listen to the offers.

5. Does listening to the special third party offers increase my chances of winning the sweepstakes?

No. Listening to the special third party offers at the end of “The Price is Right®” Play at Home Game call does not increase your chances of winning. These special offers are in no way connected to “The Price is Right®” Play at Home Game Sweepstakes.

6. How does the random selection process work?

All drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor. For each Monthly Entry Period, one potential prize winner will be randomly selected in a drawing that will take place after the Promotion period. The tentative schedule of the drawing for the Sweepstakes can be found in the Official Rules. If you are a sweepstakes winner, we’ll contact you through the phone number from which you called to enter the Sweepstakes. For full rules go to www.cbs.com.

7. How many Times Can I Enter?

You can enter one (1) time per day (8:00am ET to 7:59pm ET) during each Monthly Entry Period via telephone only. If you try to enter the Sweepstakes more than once per day per Monthly Entry Period, your extra entries will be disqualified.

8. When I call 1-855-507-7423, I get a busy signal, why?

There are two possible reasons for receiving a busy signal when you call:

1) You may call a maximum of (3) times per day (Monday to Friday) from a telephone number, of which the first call will be counted as the sole sweepstakes entry for the day. If you exceed the third call, we’ll let you know you have called previously for that episode and you will be disconnected. If you call more than three (3) times, you will hear a busy signal.

2) Although the telephone system is designed to handle large volumes of calls simultaneously, there may be times (particularly just after the number appears on the show) when it will not be able to handle every single call. If you are sure you have not exceeded your daily call limit but encounter a busy signal, be patient and try again later - systems are active between 8:00am ET and 7:59am ET Monday to Friday, so you have plenty of time to participate!

9. How will I know if I win?

If you win the Sweepstakes, we’ll contact you through the phone number you called from to enter in “The Price is Right®” Play at Home Game. Calls will be made between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time after the drawing dates. Please see Official Rules for further details.
