This is a game in which the contestant plays for $16,000 in cash. Before playing the game, six grocery items are described to the contestant.

Nearby are five "bags". Inside each bag is an item that has been selected from the six (one item is left over). On the outside of each bag is the price of the item that is inside the bag. The contestant, by looking at the price on the bag, must determine which item is in the bag.

After the contestant has made all of his selections, the items inside the bags are revealed one by one. If the contestant is right on the first one, contestant wins $1000. At this point, the contestant can take the $1000 and quit, or try to double his winnings to $2000 if the second one is correct. If the contestant is correct on the second item, he is given the same option - take the $2000 and quit or try to double it to $4000. The doubling option is repeated on each correct item until contestant quits, loses or successfully wins $16,000 on the last item. If, at any point, the contestant chooses to double his amount and is wrong, he loses whatever has been won up to that point.
