I can't see the videos. What do I do?
Make sure you have the latest version of the Flash player, free for download at the Adobe Web site.

How do I change my avatar?
In the top left of this page next to your avatar, click edit and upload or choose an image from your Media Manager.

How do I change my nickname?
Click on Personal info above and retype a new nickname.

How do I subscribe to a channel?
Click the menu button on the player

How do I request a friend?
To request someone to join your friends list, visit their profile and click Send Friend Request at the top of their profile. You then have to wait for
that person to approve or deny your request.

Why won't my slideshow work?
If you are trying to make a slideshow from one of your own playlist and the pictures are not showing, this has been a problem previously when
the images used are GIFs. Try saving the images as JPGs in a
photo editor, and uploading them again.

What video formats are supported?
The video formats supported on this site are WMV, AVI, FLV, and MP4. If you have another format you can use Riva's encoder to convert it.
This works for most formats except RealMedia. Riva's encoder is free to download here.
