been watching since 1972 but

Bob Barker felt the games and explained well,Drew doesn"t always do that.Rich does eqally well as Rod Rowdy.Why take a show that works and turn it into a variety show with stand up comedian announcers?Will there be a season 40?

    We are all EXTREMELY sorry they are making these changes. They seem to be in contrast to what all the fans want. I have no idea who is making these foolish decisions,... Fremantle, the network, or just the idiot EP Richards who has proven to be such a disappointment.
    Either way, they are going to regret it.  A format change such as this will never work. They need Rich and Drew together... and once they remove Rich, add another comedian, and house bands etc. the ratings will dive. They better rethink this before its too late. 
    I will not be watching... and may others have said this as well.  It makes no sense.

    Yes Bob did ask if they knew the game and if they did he would say well then explain to me how the game is played,just to be 100% that they really did understand the game and that they were not just saying that.

    I think Drew explains the games fine. Mr. Barker used to ask "do you know this game" and if they did, he didn't need to explain it and didn't. I have watched the show from the beginning and thought I would miss Bob Barker....but I think Drew and Rich to a fine job. I am sorry to hear they are changing the format and dropping Rich.
